Friday Hi-Fives: Belfast Flights and Film Frights!

And just like that, it’s Friday again! I hope you’ve had an awesome week? I’ve started this weekend at the cinema with Gary and our besties watching the new Blair Witch movie and getting some good old fashioned film frights. It sure brought back a lot of memories of when The Blair Witch Project was released years ago, and it’s reminded me of just why I’ve never really fancied camping in the woods!

I’ve been out and about since we last hi-fived, including a busy few days in Birmingham and a trip to Belfast. As nice as it is to spend time in other cities, there’s nothing like coming home to Gary and Bosley! Cosy nights on the sofa with the two of them are my favourite thing right now. It’s not really rock n’ roll BUT I like it…

This week I also met up with Lori and we spent a fun evening at the House of Fraser beauty event. We spent the night swooning over the newest makeup collections (the MAC Star Trek collaboration is the stuff dreams are made of, by the way!), playing with products and trying out treatments. Not a bad way to spend a hump day!

I also recently had a pamper session with the lovely Lexy and LouLou at the Swoon Room. I honestly think I could get used to having other people do my coif my hair and apply my makeup, especially when they are as talented as these ladies.

Before we go full steam ahead into the weekend, let me share a few more hi-fives with you!

This week, I’m hi-fiving because…

…it’s Jeans For Genes day next Friday, and a great opportunity to overdo it in denim for a good cause (hello, Justin n’ Britney circa 2001). Find out more here!

…you knew it was bound to happen sooner or later, but our Bosley just got his own Instagram page and he’d love you to come and say hi! Keep up with him over at @exoticbosley

Nikki McWilliams just slayed the enamel pin game with her new releases this week – I need a rose gold Digestive pin in my life (and on my lapel!)

…I don’t normally bother with leaked stuff but YOU GUYS the new Lush products for Halloween and Christmas look amazing and I can’t stop myself from looking at sneak peeks online

…my love for Taste Buchanan knows no bounds. I’ve been back twice this week for my fix of street food and it was oh-so-tasty

Weekend, let’s do this! Have fun and see you next week, amigos!
