Hello friends! In the words of Ferris Bueller, Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. I don’t need much of an excuse to quote a classic 80s movie around here, but today there’s actually a point to it (first time for everything, huh?) - I have some exciting news to share.
I’m being featured in a book! I’m delighted to tell you guys that I’ll be appearing in The Super Cute Book of Kawaii by Marceline Smith. This adorable book will be packed with cute characters, DIYs, recipes, shopping and fashion and published by Ebury Publishing. You’ll be able to see my mug peering out from the fashion pages - yay!
I spend a lot of time talking up other people’s projects and sometimes that means I forget to mention things that are going on with me (which is why I needed to seek some life advice from good ol’ Ferris today). My bad! I’m super stoked to be involved with this book, which is set to also feature some of my favourite internet gals like craft queen Twinkie Chan.
The Super Cute Book of Kawaii is going to hit book stores, coffee tables and dentist waiting rooms in July 2019. I can’t wait to see it in real life, but for now I’ll have to settle for a sneak peek of the colourful cover (above), which was designed by über-talented Sophie Yamamoto.
I love sharing my personal style and favourite themed outfits here and on Instagram, and I’m over the moon to be able to take that one step further in a real-life book!
